Saqer Alkhadem

Founder
Chairman of the Board
Chief Executive Officer
Saqer Alkhadem is the founder and CEO of Medlex Holding Company, a multi-sector business group created to unify and scale a growing portfolio of ventures. His career began with independently managing operations in education, digital services, retail, and organizational development. Recognizing the need for centralized strategy and governance, he established MHC to formalize leadership, streamline management, and lay the foundation for long-term expansion.

His leadership philosophy centers on clarity, structure, and continuous learning. Saqer emphasizes direction over authority, building capable teams that move with purpose, discipline, and shared intent.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, providing a foundation in analytical thinking and high-stakes decision-making. Complementing this are advanced studies in psychology, behavioral leadership, and organizational strategy, along with a degree in Business Administration focused on Human Relations. This intersection of medicine, psychology, and business enables him to lead with both precision and insight.

Under his leadership, MHC operates across key sectors including healthcare, technology, AI, education, real estate, and creative industries. His approach is systems-driven — aligning departments, scaling infrastructure, and building cross-functional teams under a unified corporate vision.
Saqer’s long-term objective is to position MHC as an enduring, globally recognized enterprise defined by clarity, resilience, and structural excellence.
