Second Party:

Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement outlines the initial understanding between both parties for financial collaboration, including capital investment, co-funding of projects, and shared returns within Medlex Holding initiatives.
Article 2 – Scope of the Partnership
— Joint ventures or co-branded initiatives.
— Regional or international expansion plans.
— Strategic alignment across business, education, tech, or investment sectors.
— Exchange of knowledge, networks, or intellectual capital.
Article 3 – Commitment
— Each party remains legally independent.
— Contributions will be defined in separate documents for specific initiatives.
— The strategic partnership does not obligate either party to exclusive terms unless mutually agreed.
Article 4 – Confidentiality
All communications, plans, and shared strategic information are confidential and must not be disclosed without written consent from both parties.
Article 5 – Term and Termination

Article 6 – Governing Law
